Global Health TV's Helen Blakesley asks Dr. Raul Ribeiro why there is such a disparity between child cancer survival rates in wealthy and poorer countries. Dr. Ribeiro, chairman of the My Child Matters Steering Committee, tells us how, with so many other life-threatening diseases prevalent in the developing world, there's a lack of knowledge and priority. He talks about how the My Child Matters program, which aims to improve cancer treatment for children in the developing world, offers real hope for the future.
