UICC calls for closer partnerships to tackle childhood cancer in the developing world

Interview with Isabel Mortara, UICC

Global Health TV's Helen Blakesley talks with UICC executive director, Isabel Mortara at the Fighting Childhood Cancer meeting in Dakar. Mortara talks about the My Child Matters program, and why bringing representatives from 21 countries together for the meeting is a significant step forward in the fight against children's cancer. Motara says that the progress made, treating and curing childhood cancer, in developed countries over the past 20 years can be repeated in the developing world.
