Remembering Prof. Carl Taylor
International health academic and reformer passes away
Prof. Carl Taylor, whose work in international health spanned eight decades, has died. Considered the founder of the discipline of international health, Taylor dedicated his life to the world's most marginalized people.The Global Health Council's International Conference celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2008 by awarding the inaugural Global Health Council Lifetime Achievement Award to Prof. Taylor. Global Health TV was there as friends and colleagues paid tribute to a global health legend.
