We want to hear from you!


Whether you are a doctor, aid worker, volunteer, anyone helping communities and countries tackle their global health issues. We would like to show the work that everyone is doing across the globe, out in the field to tackle global health problems such as malaria, TB, HIV/AIDS and more.

You can upload video files in the following formats: WMV, AVI (divx and xvid codecs) MOV, MPG, and MP4. Videos should be no longer than 5 minutes, and less then 100MB and also be in 16:9 format if possible.

Project Shunt: medical mission to Guatemala

Guatemala every fall to perform surgeries, deliver supplies and provide care to Guatemalan children with neural tube disorders. Project Shunt was the brain-child of then-resident Nicholas Boulis, who enlisted the support of Karin Muraszko in 1998. Dr. Muraszko, Dr. Suresh Ramnath and Dr. Boulis (who is now at the Cleveland Clinic) continue to lead a team of anesthesiologists, residents, nurses and translators to Guatemala City.
