The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition or GAIN believes nutrition investments in our children, especially girls, will have payoffs for generations to come. The impact of improving the nutritional quality of foods with micronutrients goes beyond better health and well being to enhanced education, productivity and economic development. Good nutrition for infants allows children to achieve their potential - with all the benefits that brings to individuals, families and society as a whole.
