Journalist wins Excellence in Media Award

Interview with Jon Cohen, Science magazine

Jon Cohen led a six-month investigation into the use of funds earmarked for HIV/AIDS research in low and middle-income countries. The resulting articles were published in Science magazine and earned Cohen an Excellence in Media Award from the Global Health Council. Cohen talks with Global Health TV reporter Stephen Horn and explains why pouring money into countries with the greatest HIV/AIDS burden doesn't always work.
