Malaria Nets - Best Frontline Defence

Malaria claims more than one million lives each year, and leaves half the world's population at risk of contracting the disease. Experts agree that long-lasting insecticide treated nets are among the best frontline defence against malaria. In 2009, three million of these nets were distributed by the Government of Southern Sudan in a large scale effort to prevent malaria in the region. Global Health TV takes a look at what's been done.
