Zimbabwean health system receives funding
The Global Fund to Fight Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria has pledged $169 million (£108 million) for Zimbabwe despite a previous wrangle over how the money was being spent, it has been reported.
Last week, the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe agreed to return $7.3 million to the Global Fund following claims the country had not used the money appropriately.
Concerns were that the incident would affect the amount of cash allocated to the country in talks for the eighth round of global funding in India this weekend.

Inflation has increased under Robert Mugabes regime to such an extent shops change the prices of basic products on an hourly basis.
HIV/Aids activist in Zimbabwe Martha Tholana welcomed the cash.
She told VOA News that wards in the capital Harare were closing because of the economic turbulence.
